A Wonderful Start to Term 2

It has been a fantastic start to the term at Our Lady of Good Counsel Primary School.  We have commemorated ANZAC day, celebrated the feast of Our Lady of Good Counsel and held our school cross country in just two weeks.

We are very proud to have our 9/10 girls’ freestyle relay team win their State Regional Swimming competition and look forward to cheering them on as they head to the next level.

We are in the process of collating the many donations from our school community for our Project Compassion drive and are proud to be able to support the good works of Caritas.  As part of our fundraising efforts, we held a walk-a-thon on our feast day, where students were sponsored per lap.  Students did a wonderful job seeking donations and walking for a full hour around Reservoir Reserve.
