School Voices

Our Lady’s Primary School have enjoyed a wonderful action-packed start to Term 4!

We began by celebrating World Teachers Day in week one.  We are so grateful to belong to a community in which the staff is recognised for all their passion and hard work.  Thanks to a wonderful PFA we enjoyed a delicious morning tea and were thoroughly spoilt.

We also began the term with great excitement as we hosted our amazing annual school fete!  Our parents worked tirelessly to organise the extravaganza with incredible results.  The day was filled with beautifully presented stalls, fun rides, talented skipping presentations, and music performances all wrapped up in an amazing community event.  We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful parent community.  A very big thank you to all members of our parish community for supporting us on the day too.

The students continue to participate in various clubs including, STEM, skipping, illustrators, and origami, with a new robotics club commencing after school on Thursdays.

This week, our Hooptime Teams are competing in the basketball finals and we are very proud of Isla O’ Keefe.  Isla came first in the Girls year 11-year-old age group for High Jump at the Eastern Division Championships.  Isla has now progressed to the Regional Championships, the next step is the Victorian State Championships!

We look forward to another wonderful term.
